The Problem

In 2025, New Gold turned to its employees to co-create a refreshed set of company values. The next step was driving awareness, helping employees connect the values to their work, and making them stick.

The Solution

Grounded in real employee stories and developed in close partnership with the communications team, we created a graphic novel that vividly brought New Gold’s values to life. To drive adoption and alignment, we also designed a Supervisor Playbook—a practical toolkit that introduced icons, explained the process, and centralized resources—equipping leaders to engage their teams and embed the values into everyday practice.
